ProtiPower 25 is a concentrated 25% protein supplement pellet designed to add high-quality protein and essential amino acids to the daily ration. It is ideal for performance horses, growing horses, horses in recovery, and horses consuming forage that is low in protein.
With 25% crude protein, added essential amino acids, and 750 mg/kg of vitamin E, ProtiPower 25 provides targeted nutritional support for muscle development, maintenance, and post-exercise recovery.
The formula contains no whole grains and provides a combined starch and sugar level below 15%, making it an excellent choice for horses whose diets require controlled starch and sugar.
Because ProtiPower 25 is highly concentrated and designed to be fed at a relatively low daily rate, it can be easily added to an existing forage-based feeding program without significantly increasing the overall amount of concentrate fed.
Feeding:
Feed 0.1–0.2 lb per 100 lb of body weight per day, depending on the amount of other concentrate feed in the diet. For a 1,100 lb horse: approximately 1.1–2.2 lb per day. Maximum recommended daily amount: approximately 2.75 lb for a 1,100 lb horse. Divide the daily amount into at least 2–3 meals. Feed a minimum of 1.5% of body weight per day in good-quality forage, on a dry-matter basis. Provide fresh, clean water at all times.
Ingredients: Soybean meal, sunflower seed meal, wheat middlings, soybean hulls, alfalfa, canola meal, cane molasses, calcium carbonate, salt, soybean oil, soybean protein concentrate, flaxseed oil, potato protein, magnesium oxide, monocalcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, palm oil.
